So it's hard to believe but we moved out to the desert a little over a year ago now! So crazy! It went by so quickly, but I guess that makes sense because for over half the year I was pregnant, so I was constantly focusing on that month by month. And then once I had my baby, I have been focusing on her growth month by month (she will be 6 months old next week already!).

But when we moved out here, since I knew I wasn't going to be working in the conventional sense, I committed to posting a blog post every single week. I knew that when the baby came, that I would have some difficult weeks probably, but I was somehow able to stick to it through those rough couple of newborn weeks.
To celebrate I created a workout dedicated to my hard work over the past year of doing what I love, and trying to help as many people as possible. Give this one a shot and let me know how long it takes you. I'll be posting my time to my instagram story on Sunday. This will be a longer one for me and I dare not try it when I'm watching the baby, so I'm gonna wait till Sunday when the hubs is home :)
