A little bit about myself...
Writing about myself feels so awkward. I would much rather hear about you… but here goes!
I have LOVED fitness and nutrition for as long as I can remember. In high school while other girls were reading Cosmopolitan, I wanted to read Self and Women’s Health. Going into college I decided to study Exercise Sports Science, with an emphasis in Physical Therapy, and a minor in nutrition. It didn’t take long for me to realize where my passions lied because I found that instead of going out with friends, I was earnestly reading articles and studies about health and nutrition (Don’t get me wrong… I partied PLENTY also).
Post college I worked in a few physical therapy clinics, and when I relocated to Southern California I started working full time as a personal trainer and I loved it. It was only due to some life circumstances, that I needed to take a job in corporate America. I was fortunate enough to work for an amazing company that I stayed with for almost 10 years, all the while maintaining a few personal training clients to fuel my passion.

I decided that while I enjoyed what I did, I wasn’t truly doing what I LOVED and decided to make the switch back to full time fitness and nutrition coaching. I love working with people to reach their goals and find balance in life which has become a barrage of stress at times.
I have worked with people of all levels; from people who have never even touched a dumbbell, to those that were collegiate athletes. My number one objective is to understand where it is you want to go, and put together the right program for you to get there.
Other than fitness and nutrition, I love being outdoors and spending time with my husband and my 140 pound dog (who thinks he is human). I also love reading, watching crappy reality TV, cooking, and a fair amount of wine.
If you are local to Southern California I would love to meet you! Drop me a line and let’s talk about your goals!
