Services Offered

My top priority is to supply you with the knowledge, resources, and assistance you need you reach your goals. Because everyone is different and has such unique backgrounds and objectives, I offer a wide variety of services that will fit each individual based on their specific needs.

Personal Training

​

I offer 45 and 60 minute in person training sessions during which we will work on strength, agility, balance, endurance, power, and flexibility. Each session will vary greatly in style and format so that your body is constantly challenged, maximizing results, and avoiding plateaus. 

Nutrition Coaching

​

One of my favorite sayings because it's SO TRUE, is "You can't out-train a bad diet." Meaning as brutal and rigorous your training regimen is, what food you decide to put in your face will determine your results.Depending on what your goals are, I will formulate individual meal plans designed just for you (or for your family if you are the primary chef) and provide accountability and meal prepping tips as well. Reaching your goals can be challenging, so I am here to take as much off your plate (no pun intended) as possible so that can focus on the rest of your life. Nutrition plans can be as detailed as tracking your macronutrients, or just basic guidelines, depending on what is right for you.

Online Fitness and/or Nutrition Coaching

​

Not local to Southern California? No problem! Especially now with modern technology, staying connected hundreds of miles apart has never been easier. I will write fitness and/or nutrition plans for the week, with an official check in once a week, but am always reachable via text, email, or phone for any questions or concerns you might have.

Accountability

​

Being responsible to someone can make all the difference in the world when it comes to upholding new habits that you are trying to enforce in your life. Whether you need weekly or daily check ins, I am here for you to rely on in the moments where you are feeling like you make break. 

Balance

​

Along with all these things, I am very passionate about not being dogmatic about life. Is it realistic to cut out sugar for the rest of your life? Probably not. A month? Sure. Life is meant to be enjoyed so it is all about finding that line between being happy with the decisions you are making, and celebrating. It also means that you need to be sleeping, reducing stress, and in general being happier on a day to day basis. Sounds great right? I am here to guide you with little life hacks on how to be more mindful and present so that you can maximize this crazy journey... your life.

Pricing

 

Personal training sessions: 

45 minutes - $50

60 minutes - $70

​

Online Personal Training sessions:

3 workouts/wk, for a month - $100

5 workouts/wk, for a month - $125

​

Online or in person Nutrition Coaching: 

Macronutrient coaching, ea. month - $100

Meal plan coaching, ea. month - $150

​

Ultimately my goal is to help you achieve what it is you are after, therefore this can all be modified to fit your individual needs. Remember that I will be your source of accountability and am here to answer any questions you might have.
